    Can anyone recommend good bulk email sending software or service that avoids getting shut down by ISP? I have some fresh targeted email lists, just do not know the safest method to use them, etc.

    If anyone interested in fresh email addresses targeted by category or state, let me know and maybe we can work out a deal. Thanks
